BLERBS - British Library Ethnographic Research on Bibliographic Services

BLERBS, British Library Ethnographic Research on Bibliographic Services is a research project funded by the The British Library Research and Innovation Centre (RIC) (formerly the British Library Research and Development Department) headed by Dr David Zeitlyn based in the Centre for Social Anthropology and Computing at the University of Kent.

The 18-month project started in January 1996. This WWW site was made available at the start of June 1996 and provides access to progress reports and research results from the project.

A version of the final report was published by the Office for Humanities Communication in spring 1999. The bibliographic details are:
